Design: The quality and quantity of the gDNA prep was determined by Nanodrop and Qubit (dsDNA High-Sensitivity kit(HS)). The library prep and sequencing were conducted according to the manufacturer's protocol with no modifications (Rapid Barcoding Sequencing (SQK-RBK004; protocol version RBK_9054_v2_revD_23Jan2018). The nanopore sequencing run was set to 48 hrs. Basecalling and barcoding demultiplexing was conducted post-sequencing run with Guppy GPU (v3.4.5) using the high accuracy model (HA).
